Payment Policy
This document outlines the payment, renewal, cancellation & refund terms and conditions for subscriptions and book purchases within the Shashwat Study platform. By subscribing to or purchasing any product, you agree to the terms described below.
1) Product Purchase Policy
Product Types
- Product: Printed book, Kits, Toys...etc
- Softcopy: Digital PDF
Shipping & Delivery (Hardcopy)
- Shipping: Chargable Pan India shipping on all product orders.
- Dispatch Time: Products are shipped within 3–4 business days of order confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Products are typically delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Refund Policy (Product)
- We do not provide refunds for either Products or Softcopy (PDF) book purchases.
- Please review product details and any preview information carefully before placing your order.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact our support team promptly with photos so we can assist with a suitable resolution.
2) APP Subscription Plans
The following plans are offered to access premium content and features in the app:
Monthly Plan
- Renewal: This plan is an auto-renewing subscription. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each monthly billing cycle unless cancelled.
- Billing: You will be charged immediately at the time of subscription and then charged as per monthly cycle.
- Cancellation: The Monthly Plan can be cancelled at any time through the cancellation link provided within the app’s Kids Plan settings (or via Google Play Subscription Centre if paid through Google Play Billing). Cancelling the subscription will stop future charges, but access to benefits will be retained for the remainder of the current billing period.
- Refund: The Monthly Plan is non-refundable. Please review course details carefully before making a purchase.
Annual Plan
- Renewal: This plan requires manual renewal. Access to benefits will be available for one year from the date of purchase.
- Billing: You will be charged upfront for the full year.
- Renewal Process: Reminders will be sent before the Annual Plan expires. To continue enjoying the benefits, manually renew the subscription through the app at the end of the term.
- Refund: For eligible refunds, contact our support team within 7 days at support@shashwatstudy.com or via WhatsApp (+91-7600061551).
Lifetime Plan
- Access: This plan provides lifetime access to all current and future courses for kids up to 15 years of age. In this context, “lifetime” refers to the operational life of Shashwat Study’s platform and the availability of these specific course offerings.
- Renewal: No renewal is required for this plan.
- Refund: For eligible refunds, contact our support team within 7 days at support@shashwatstudy.com or via WhatsApp (+91-7600061551).
Our courses are designed to provide valuable and enriching content, and we are committed to delivering high-quality experiences. For any issues or concerns with your subscription, please contact our support team, and we will assist you to the best of our abilities.
3) General Payment Information
- Taxes: Applicable taxes are already included in the subscription or product price based on your location.
- GST Credit: We don’t provide GST credit.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled according to the policies above. For Google Play refunds, refer to the Google Play Help page. If any refund is issued, please allow 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your payment source.
- Promotional Offers: Any promotional offers or free trials will clearly state the terms, including duration, pricing after the promotion, and how to cancel before being charged.
- Subscription Management: Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled at any time through the app’s settings section (or via the Google Play Subscription Centre if paid through Google Play Billing).
